Within his new position, Dmitry Nikitin presents an expert opinion and draft decisions of UIE SPb on the complex of transport problems in the city and first of all, related to such a key issue as traffic congestion problem in St. Petersburg. It's not a secret that our city needs systematic optimization of freight traffic. Eurosib boasts with a serious practical experience in development of ‘heavy' infrastructure and its own developed and successfully implemented technology of intra-junction transportation by special block train. This technology allows reducing the load on the city traffic network and protecting its environment.

Dmitry Nikitin, CEO of Eurosib CJSC Group Headquarters, noted, "The infrastructure development will help to solve a complex of transport problems and will let the city strengthen its positions as the regional transport system point and by this support development of the Northwest region at large.
