On May 29, 2009 the ceremony of "The Reliable Employer" contest winners award took place in the Big Hall of Novosibirsk region Administration.

Viktor Alexandrovich Tolokonsky, the Governor of Novosibirsk region, handed out the certificate "The Reliable Employer-2008" for ensuring efficient working conditions and accomplishments in production activities to Igor Vsevolodovich Didukh, CEO of Eurosib-Terminal-Novosibirsk CJSC.

According to the Governor's decree, the title "The Reliable Employer" is awarded for contribution to economy stabilization in Novosibirsk region and improvement of working conditions for employees.

The main criteria of deciding the contest winner were the following:

• absence of lethal industrial injuries,
• personnel turnover is within 10% of average headcount of the company,
• no dismissal due to redundancy.

This award emphasizes that professionalism and vigor of the management of Eurosib Group as the warrant for both employees of the companies and partners, as well as customers.
