"Under the current situation, common e-declaration should be introduced with dictatorship methods," such an opinion was stated by Aleksandr Puchkov, a specialist in customs clearance and CEO Advisor of one of the largest transport companies, during the conference "Transport and Logistics in the West of Russian Federation".

As he notes, so far it is impossible to close down internal customs.

With their assistance, it is necessary to arrange the system of e-declaration of export goods: an exporter shall send a declaration to the FCS database (a week before the cargo dispatch), then the system will check the declaration and the latter will be delivered in electronic format to the crossing point.

As A. Puchkov believes, such a system allows reduction of corruption in the Federal Customs Service.
